Cable Car need an ongoing maintenance & inspection schedule to comply with the requirements of building WoF, wish to reduce cost on this inspection?
Every cable car must be listed on a compliance schedule where the cable car is attached to or services a building.
Examples of smoke separations include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Walls forming a protected path in a building
- Smoke resistant lift lobby
- A smoke stop door

For cable cars that are installed according to NZS 5270: Inspections and checks should be made according to the Compliance Schedule. For other installations: a specifically designed solution prepared by a person who, based on experience and qualifications, is competent to do so.
